For subscription renewals and repeat orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged, as our system begins preparing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your payment is processed and the order is in progress at our warehouse, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been opened or used. Even if the product is unopened, once it leaves our control, it may become compromised and potentially unsafe for other customers.

Refunds will not be granted without sufficient proof of a valid issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at info@nerosupplements.com within 7 days of receipt. Be prepared to provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Exceptions & non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
